Shaykh Rabīʿ bin Hādī was asked:

What are the foundations (uṣūl) of Jamāʿat al-Tablīgh?

He answered:

This occasion does not allow going in to detail and explaining what they have with them, but in essence, they pledge allegiance to [one of] four Ṣūfī ṭarīqahs within which the doctrine of ḥulūl (divine indwelling) is held.
